Objective: Rugged Mountain Via East Ridge
Meeting Location: Trailhead at N20 logging road, or more likely via Carpooling
Meeting Time: Saturday morning, be at trailhead by 9am
Description: Leave Victoria very early Saturday AM, pick people up along the way if carpooling, arrive at trailhead by 9am. Hike up to campsite below Nathan Col and stay for the night. Early start on Sunday, climb the east ridge to the summit. Rappel down, head back to camp, tear down camp and head back to the cars. These will be long days and possibly in bad/wet weather (but it will be fun!)
Skills Needed: Confident scrambling up to low 5th class following leader protection. Ability to belay/rappel
Equipment needed: Helmet, Harness, Belay/Rappel device, Ice Axe, Crampons, Sturdy Boots, Overnight Gear,
