Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Category: Hike

Details: This hike will head up to Peden Lake, and then go north on an old logging road towards Leechtown. The trail will probably be wet, and may have downed trees. Due to the short hours of daylight we will probably not have time to explore Leechtown. We will take the flowpipe back, so participants must be comfortable with crossing trestles while walking on the pipe. This trip is rated as B1 (B: moderately strenuous, 6-7 hours, <400m elevation gain, day pack; 1: gentle slopes, mainly trails).
What to bring: good boots, plus a day pack with the ten essentials.
What to expect: a moderately strenuous day, mud, some exposure on pipeline.
