Jim Gardner: “Himalayan Vignettes: 35 years from Pakistan to China”
A classic topic from an adventurer whose research has taken him around the globe. Jim Gardner will share his professional endeavours and explorations in the Himalayas. More than just mountain eye candy, the emphasis will be on Jim’s studies of the glaciers in that area, which we know is of immense concern these days. Bring your questions and comments since Jim is one of the better educated and experienced people we could meet on this topic.
