Type: A winter weekend with the youngsters. Would be great to target kiddos 8 months to 24 months, but kids of any age are welcome.
Objective: the objective is to introduce our youngsters to skiing!
Cost: Accommodation at Katpitany Lodge, Jan 4,5 $70 per person + Mount Cain membership ($20 per person or $35 per family needed only once per year)
Meeting location: meet up at Cain
Description: Outdoor activities include: skiing to the A-frame cabin in the meadows, tobogganing, Saturday evening pot-luck group supper.
Skills Needed:
Gear Needed: varied: a touring ski set-up, snowshoes, Chariot, pulka, sled, toboggan, lots of warm clothes and snacks for the kiddos.
