Trip leader/ Contact Colin Mann –
Details:
This ACC-led workshop is intended to introduce beginners to outdoor top rope climbing. Trip participants will practice the basic skills needed for outdoor top rope climbing, descend, make top rope anchors, and practice rappelling.
We will camp at the Buttle Lake campground, and drive to Crest Creek Crags for climbing (about 25min drive)
Workshop philosophy: Chill. The goal is to practice skills in a beautiful setting rather than crushing routes. We’ll take our time and split up into two groups, to practice different skills.
Camping is included at Buttle Lake Campground.
