A gently paced back-packing trip to Flower Ridge in Strathcona Park 15 – 17 July
Friday 15th: depart from trail head in the morning (participants may want to car camp the night before). Hike up to the ridge and camp by lake.
Saturday 16th: hike and explore the length of the ridge to Central Crags, return to camp
Sunday 17th: hike out, with return to vehicles by lunchtime.
Needed: equipment for back-packing and 2 nights camping, including self-sufficiency for meals, the 10 essentials.
(I would be happy to take beginner backpackers on this trip, and would offer a short workshop beforehand, in person or on Zoom)
