Club Tread Christmas Party: You are Invited!!

The Club Tread Christmas Party is back this year with the addition of bar service! Once again, a fabulously good time will be had by one and all!  Members of other outdoor activity groups and their guests are warmly invited (you’ll see some fellow ACCVI members there so don’t be shy!). See below for ticket details.

The potluck dinner will feature the delectable creations of our members and guests. Each person must bring an item with at least 10 servings (couples 2 items with 10 servings each). Don’t forget to bring your own plate and cutlery, or you’ll be eating with your fingers! By popular demand, there will be a no-host bar with draft and bottled beers, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and no-alcohol beer. Coffee and tea will be provided.

After dinner, be ready to dance all night (well, until 11) to your favourites from the ’60s to today(ish), and perhaps win a door prize!

Early bird tickets are $20 until November 27. They will be available for cash at the November ACCVI slide show on Thursday, or by e-transfer (contact Rachel Treloar for details). From November 28 to December 12, tickets will be $30 by e-transfer and (if available) at the door. (No e-transfer sales Dec. 13&14 to allow guest list to be compiled).
