As has previously been announced, on Saturday February 7th we will have a social event and Volunteer Appreciation Evening, ending with the ACC VI Annual General Meeting. All members and their families are welcome – we are looking forward to seeing you there. Zoom coordinates for those attending remotely will be sent out February 6th.
When: Saturday, 7 February, 5.30 pm
Where: Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion. Esquimalt Gorge Park, 1070 Tillicum Road, Victoria
What: Food, soft drinks, social time, volunteer recognition with fun prizes, all against a backdrop of an inspiring slideshow of flower & mountain eye candy from Rogers Pass to the Shuswap Mountains! The official business portion of the evening for the AGM will be brief and will start at 8.30 pm.
It is important that we know numbers for the venue, and also to help us with catering.
