On Feb 12, 2026 the ACCVI section teamed up with the Mountain Legacy Project and the UVic Kula Library Futures Academy to bring a slideshow/panel presentation on the Mountain Legacy Project and their new book, Mountain Voices. But due to the nature of the event it was not available via Zoom. However, an up-Island event based on similar content was promised – details were to follow. These are the details!

Ian S. MacLaren in the forward to Mountain Voices: The Mountain Legacy Project and a Century of Change in Western Canada.
