Details: A snowshoe trip from Mt. Washington Raven Lodge for a group of youth, all new Canadians, from the Inter Cultural Association (ICA), Victoria. This is a new initiative of offering joint trips between ICA and ACC-VI, and is the second outing in this series. The objective is to introduce these youth to back country activities, and this trip will be the first time many of them will be participating in a winter activity/ sport.
Experienced volunteers needed for partnering with the youth during the trip. Prior snowshoe experience, and volunteering with youth would be assets, not essential. Please contact trip leaders for more details. And thanks in advance!
