The Canadian Arctic Cordillera drew nine local backpackers to Auyuittuq National Park on Baffin Island in the summer of 2018. Meandering over miles of muskeg and massive moraines, fighting off mosquitoes and flies, facing fierce winds, fording frigid rivers, ascending Akshayuk Pass (to 603 m above sea level), over 11 days they moved among spectacular mountains and glaciers, including Mount Thor and Mount Asgard. Join Diane, George and Rich as they recount tales from a grand northern Canadian adventure!
Doors open at 7 PM and slideshow commences at 7:30 PM.
