Come celebrate Canada Day long weekend by climbing at Quadra! We’ll be camping at Rebecca Spit. Lots of variety for beginner – advanced climbers. Climbers should have experience top roping, and have following gear, as a minimum: helmet, harness, rock shoes, belay device, personal anchor system, 4 locking carabiners. (An inventory for group gear will be created.)
Cost: Camping is roughly $40/night per site x 3 nights. 2 tents per site. Ferry is $20.95/ vehicle and $8.90/ person. Carpooling will be encouraged – anticipate chipping in for gas. I’m asking a $20 “deposit” when you sign-up so I can secure the campsites, then we’ll figure it out from there.
Meeting location: We’ll meet at the campground on Friday, time TBD.
